Accident was reported more then 2 months ago, still waiting for the repairs. Claim was straight forward but it is taking way too long plus rude customer service.
Waste of time and money. I'm really really disappointed with the customer service, one of the worst experience and wouldn't recommend anyone to take insurance with AXA
