The price lures you in. But the service is beyond abysmal. AXA ran a discount period for new accounts. I contacted them to create a policy for my wife, and it took them over a month (well after the discount expired) to even call me back. When I tried to cancel my policy, I initiated a request and was sent a "wait three days" reply. Three weeks later, still haven't heard from them. I opened two more requests before finally being told I had to contact a local agent I've never even spoken to. Do NOT use AXA. Their customer service is the worst.
