Don't even deserve 1 start. Avoid at all cost. My car has been lost in the system. Can't get through to them about my claim. Have ignored every single email. Haven't even spoken to someone about the claim! They are full on scammers!!!!

This company is a waste of money. 10 years almost waiting for interest with my invested money 💰 nothing happen I lost 60k pesos for 10 years waiting for nothing because of covid etc wat soever reason. 2014 I invested covid 2019 till like a year only. How come they can take money so fast and nothing in return and when it return they will take the money 💰 again let say I have 200k then win 20k 220k in total suddenly in less than a week that 20k is lost then spiral down then goes up then they will cone down again.. stupid company.. I may file a lawsuit if they don't gave me the portfolio of my investment..

AXA is a disgusting, dishonest company. If you can’t get insurance through a better provider, you are better off with NO INSURANCE. Take the money you would otherwise be pissing away in premiums to AXA and save it to put towards paying directly for damages you would not be able to collect from AXA. It appears that their business strategy is to make filing a claim so close to impossible that you will get exhausted with their never ending list of requirements and give up, which I did.

When my house in San José del Cabo was robbed in December 2023, the adjuster sent me a long list of documents he needed. A regular police report was not enough for them, so they required me to file a report with the Public Ministry which was the biggest nightmare ever. I had to go there 4 times (totaling over 10 hours between driving and waiting) to get the report. The Public Ministry is also set up to make it as exhausting as possible to get what you need…which I am guessing that AXA is aware of and uses to its benefit. It took me 2 months and about 20 hours of work to pull together everything on the list that the AXA adjuster sent me, all for a $3000 USD claim. 
After successfully sending the adjuster everything he asked me for, they came back to me and said that the Public Ministry report was not sufficient because it didn’t specify that it was a violent break-in and because the prices of all the items stolen were not listed in the report. Here is the line item taken from the adjustor’s list word for word: “Minutes drawn up before an Agent of the Public Ministry with Ministerial Faith describing the stolen items.” I don’t see any mention of violent entry or prices in that statement, which means they didn’t ask me for it until I had already done all the work to acquire the report from the Public Ministry. 

Stay away from this disgusting company. Now I understand why their reviews are horrendous. I should have read them before getting this policy. And if you are in Los Cabos, I’d also recommend avoiding the agent Rosario Espejel Castaneda, not only because she sells this horrible insurance product as good but because she completely failed to help me navigate this corrupt process, making the stupid decision to ask my property manager for things without copying me or making sure I also knew they were necessary.

I have requested screening when i joined. My claim was ignored and i was asked to share all my NHS health records for no obvious reason.

Do not use Axa car insurance ever,poor customer service,unprofessional and check youre policy if you have an accident, they won't give you a replacement car if yours is in the garage, won't recommend to anybody, waiting time to get through is also long,go elsewhere.

Axa are the most useless company I have had the misfortune to have had to deal with uninformed so called customer care rude people who bully you because of legal loophole push you from pillar to post cut me off they push you to the point to be rude and when you keep calm and not even shout they accidentally cut you off no one calls you back and they have cost me my job over accident claim I do not recommend Axa to anyone rather get a small company and pay more than the mess Axa have caused my day to day life

If you are a victim as I was, read my review to see the outcomes of my actions. With my $4,300, this nasty INSURANCE vanished, and I was unable to contact them. Now their official MAIL IS NO LONGER RESPONDED. My money, a huge quantity of money! It amazed me so much how KEZOOK helped me get my money back. They requested the required paperwork and the evidence of my payment to them in order to utilize this information to file a false lawsuit against them. The fact that KEZOOK helped me recover my hard-earned money from these con artists makes me very delighted.

BEWARE EVERYONE BEWARE EVERYONE. This company is a scam. They will take your money and when you need to make a claim they will just make any excuse not to pay out. They are all professional con artists. I made a claim, they made a stupid offer and now they have even withdrew the offer saying I never sent pictures of the damage. Of course this was the first thing I did when making the claim. I will be definitely taking them to court and making sure they pay out. I will be using every platform available to warn everyone of this scam company including the media

I am absolutely disgusted with helplessness of a senior employee dealing with my claim. I have been a victim of crime and my vehicle has been vandalised. I have always click the box for a courtesy car and have never seen an option to upgrade I have never had any issues like this with previous insurances. I insure a 3lt Mercedes 4x4 with you as that is what is suitable for my family so to be offered a 1lt 3 door car I explained this vehicle would no be suitable due to fact we have horse will need to collect feed and bedding, my wife take her 89 year old grandma to hospital appointments due to poor mobility this car again would not be suitable. I waited over 48hours for a call back from a senior to help only to be told in his words because there is not a third party to claim from he would not be able to upgrade the courtesy car, I repeated back “so your telling me because I have been a victim of crime and because you have no one to claim from to get the money back you are not willing to at least but in a request for an upgrade.” This is disgusting and I am totally shocked at this admission I can provide the name this so called senior. I’m now 3 days into the claim no courtesy car and not been given and assistance or solutions. You also now want to double my insurance premium is this company a joke.

When I tried to leave a negative review here, I see so many negative reviews were already here. It seems we have reach a common that AXA is fraud to customers. So why this company still opens. After four months, I received a slow response: I am refused to be reimbursed because of I am not returning to residence country. So ridiculous. I already come back to residence country and provide the proof to them. They ignored that. If you don’t want to reimburse customers, why you sold insurance? Totally cheating. Stop using AXA.

Received our renewal, almost £100 higher. Explained that the costs of material and labour had contributed to the increase. Shopped around for an alternative, and only when I went to cancel with Axa they wanted to see if there was anything they could do to retain my business. Unfortunately, too late as already sourced a new deal.

Price for the renewal for home insurance gone up 44 percent this year without making any claim. Absolutely mental. Never seen that with any insurance company.

AXA insured my car on behalf of a lady renting my 18 plate Toyota Hybrid in March of last year. The car was stolen from the renter in April of last year and AXA have had my car from April until today. Over the last 9 months I have been denied access to my car and a damage report. Eventually after 8 months and being treated like muck on their shoe, was allowed my car back as long as I was okay with the pending claim being void. I reluctantly agreed to this as the car had already depreciated thousands of pounds to that date. Also, it did not look like they were any closure to processing the claim after 8 months. Moving forward to day I received my car back with 3-4 thousand pounds of damage and to add insult to injury the car has sustain further damage while in AXA’s possession and supposed care at carport in Chester. This further damage of wiring chewing, seat chewing and rat excrement will more than likely amount to further thousands in cost. To say I am livid is an understatement. I would recommend all friends, family and all the general public give this company a wide birth. It seems the company is ran by a bunch of Charlatans!!! I have been wholly mistreated and thousands of pounds out of pocket, please don’t make the mistake of paying to be their customer!!!

AXA travel insurance is a fraud. I filed a claim back in October 2023 for 150 euros. I have been contacting them monthly, but I have not heard back from them. I don't recommend this travel insurance company.
