“I have been a customer of AXA for over 30 years and in my time have dealt with a lot of representatives but this morning I was blessed to deal with Jude and from the start of the conversation to the end he showed professionalism, understanding and just listened a quality not found in many. “Today I had a discussion with a gentleman called Dominic regarding a new claim. He was extremely professional, thorough and polite throughout and it made such a difference to the outcome. He’s a prime example of exceptional customer service and should be rewarded for this and used as an example for training others. In today’s chaotic world this is so refreshing! Thank you Dominic. “Travel insurance with this company is very difficult. They don't answer emails, they don't answer phone calls. I have booked travel cancellation insurance, but I cannot contact you for a refund. One star is too many for this company.”

“AXA reviewed my claim 3 years later and found that they had taken the wrong amount as an excess. Even though I was not asking them for the money they acted very honestly and returned the difference. A big thank-you to Louise who worked on the case and Liz who I spoke to by phone. Big company showing small firm customer care!”
