“I just had a very good experience with AXA. I Left work this afternoon got to my car and it wouldn't start. I phoned AXA for roadside assistance and there was someone with me 20 minutes later. A very nice & professional man called Greg was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fixed the problem in minutes. A connecting wire to the starter motor had snapped. I was back on the road within the hour. Great speedy service, very helpful and polite workers 👍 all covered with my insurance too. Happy customer.”

“Although it means doing quite a bit of work yourself (scanning documents etc) and entering it in the claims portal remember to save all of your hire papaerwork and saving all documentation/photographs from the damage (in my case someone has hit the car whilst parked causing minimal damage) Our claim was paid in full in under 2 weeks with minimal fuss.
