“Waited 55 minutes to get through to them on the phone. Then someone lifted the phone and cut me off. Yes there insurance is cheap but god help you if you need to make a claim an absolute disgrace”

“Although it means doing quite a bit of work yourself (scanning documents etc) and entering it in the claims portal remember to save all of your hire papaerwork and saving all documentation/photographs from the damage (in my case someone has hit the car whilst parked causing minimal damage) Our claim was paid in full in under 2 weeks with minimal fuss. Excellent service.”

“I got a quote from a few companies before I contacted AXA, when I eventually contacted AXA, they were friendly, helpful and cheaper than everyone else, when ever I called they helped me get around the problems I had if I was to give them a rating out of 10 it would be a 10 will use them again without a doubt.”
