“I Had a false claim against my car insurance which AXA customer services sorted but also honoured my policy details whilst they investigated the claim. The claimant had said that they had spoken to me but this was proven to be not the case by Axa”

“I just had a very good experience with AXA. I Left work this afternoon got to my car and it wouldn't start. I phoned AXA for roadside assistance and there was someone with me 20 minutes later. A very nice & professional man called Greg was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fixed the problem in minutes. A connecting wire to the starter motor had snapped. I was back on the road within the hour. Great speedy service, very helpful and polite workers 👍 all covered with my insurance too. Happy customer.”

“I’ve been insured with them over 2 yours, always a nice pleasant experience when I had to contact them. Cancellation was easy due to a cheaper quote but all round a great experience with them.”
