Reading so many bad reviews how is it AXA still has not improved? What are the managers up to? Do they not read feedback? How can this be resolved! Tearing my hair out with such lack of customer service AND there’re STILL trading. UNBELIEVABLE!

Since you wrote this 10 months ago, I can probably assume that you ARE STILL WAITING for reimbursement? This company sadly is the absolute worst. I hope you have been settled.

How can a claim be settled without contacting your insured driver? Apparently I have had an accident earlier this year causing £3500 worth of damage when actually I havent!! If I had and the other driver got my registration even though I apparently hit him from behind, surely the police would be involved and you would have been chasing my excess or cancelled my insurance but no, you settle thee claim without asking questions, you renew the policy at the end of the insurance period and take money from my mums account without asking her permission. Can you explain how this can happen?

AXA is a RIP OFF company. I experienced the same. ITA A SCANDAL the OFT should investigate this shoddy set up

No renewal discount no dash cam discount very misleading offers, had other Insurance which was much better at it so don't expect these offer when buying atleast.
