“Easy to take out insurance with them. Confused.com transferred my application over to their website and I didn't have to reenter details etc. The optional extras were presented in a simple manner.”

“Car insurance renewal quote was a lot more expensive than any previous renewals. Shopped around then rang Axa and hey presto they reduced the price to a more acceptable quote by adding loyalty discount, which they should have applied in the first place, it does pay to give them a call and push for something better, hats off to them but not quite 5 star”
