“Not realy much to say.I never had any problem with car or accident so Im never was speaking with someone ,exept one call when insurance was both”

“Last summer I was involved in a little incident, I mentioned it to Axa, and they informed me if help was needed to get in-touch with them. As it turned out the incident came to nothing. But it was nice to know that help was there if I'd needed it.”

“as an 85-yearold i am not very good on -line but with a little bit of help from a friend i did manage reasonably well. I have managed to print the documents with a little bit of help, but oh how i do miss being able to do it all by royal mail !!!”

“very happy with the service BUT i tried to get a quote for a renewal in advance of next year so i can compare and found it almost impossible so i gave up trying,.”
