“Generally I am satisfied, but there is a real big problem. I cannot insure my daughter as a temporary driver because she's not resident in the UK. My daughter lives abroad and comes over only occasionally but she needs to drive my car. I'll probably change insurance company because of this.”
“All in all Axa are very good but as an internet based company which wasn't stated when placed my policy for my vechine with them, I had to ring them by phone for my documentation only to b told that they don't normally do this as the documents can b printed from my online account as they are an Internet company. Have ing said that when I moved house and rang to change my details the lady on the phone said that it would cheaper for to do it myself as they would charge me a £35 handling fee if they did it, so she talked me through it and me and my partner changed my details online. All in all for my first year of having car insurance I would say that they are not a bad company to go with.”

“My window screen needed replacing due to a stone chip, my policy stated that an excess of 75 pounds would apply, not a problem as most policy's require this but it turned out if I went ahead and claimed my years no claim would of been frozen, so for a 75 pound window screen claim I would of lost a whole year which I think is very unfair and is also making me think of changing insurance companies this year”
