My window screen needed replacing due to a stone chip, my policy stated that an excess of 75 pounds would apply, not a problem as most policy's require this but it turned out if I went ahead and claimed my years no claim would of been frozen, so for a 75 pound window screen claim I would of lost a whole year which I think is very unfair and is also making me think of changing insurance companies this year
