This was the best value policy that met my needs (someone other than the policyholder to be the main driver). Taking out the insurance was a user-friendly experience. All of the documentation was supplied by email, and was very clear. Fortunately (from my perspective), I haven't had to make any claims, so I'm unable to comment on how efficiently AXA handle claims.
