Today I had a discussion with a gentleman called Dominic regarding a new claim.
He was extremely professional, thorough and polite throughout and it made such a difference to the outcome.
He’s a prime example of exceptional customer service and should be rewarded for this and used as an example for training others.
In today’s chaotic world this is so refreshing!
