“Travel insurance with this company is very difficult. They don't answer emails, they don't answer phone calls. I have booked travel cancellation insurance, but I cannot contact you for a refund. One star is too many for this company.”

“AXA reviewed my claim 3 years later and found that they had taken the wrong amount as an excess. Even though I was not asking them for the money they acted very honestly and returned the difference. A big thank-you to Louise who worked on the case and Liz who I spoke to by phone. Big company showing small firm customer care!”

“AXA Home Insurance - I was a victim of crime - stolen personal items. AXA were absolutely excellent, the claims handler was very sympathetic and made a such a horrible experience a bit more bearable. No fuss or lengthy correspondence. Thank you AXA”
