“Fantastic! After comparing quotes I got an excellent deal dealt with by a professional, knowledgeable and friendly lady. So nice to still be able to speak to a human rather than a machine!”

“Although it means doing quite a bit of work yourself (scanning documents etc) and entering it in the claims portal remember to save all of your hire papaerwork and saving all documentation/photographs from the damage (in my case someone has hit the car whilst parked causing minimal damage) Our claim was paid in full in under 2 weeks with minimal fuss. Excellent service.”

“I got a quote from a few companies before I contacted AXA, when I eventually contacted AXA, they were friendly, helpful and cheaper than everyone else, when ever I called they helped me get around the problems I had if I was to give them a rating out of 10 it would be a 10 will use them again without a doubt.”
