If I could give less than a star I would.
I had my accident over a week ago, noone has been to collect my car or even requested pictures of the damage. I was hit in the back by a hit and run and AXA have BLAMED ME? Saying I’m fault when it was a hit and run and they simply can’t get the registration of the other driver so they blame me.
Tragic, unprofessional, do NOT reply to emails, I had one phone call to explain the incidents and they immediately sent a letter stating I was at fault although they hadn’t even investigated.
