Worst service ever!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Their client crashed into my 7 series last week. They contacted us directly, instead of going through to our insurance company, provided us with a letter quoting they can provide a hire car for a lot cheaper, so we're stuck with them or be liable to pay for more as they may dispute that we rejected a lower offer for their hire car! We called back and was promised a car similar to ours would be ready the saturday. To then mess us around since Wednesday to now (monday evening) to give us a lower class car. Taking me out of a 7 series to put me in an SUV! How do you compare a luxury car (granted its a 52 plate, still a luxury car) to put me in a lexus SUV! So much for putting me in a similar car to what your client crashed into! Courtesy car was provided which I had to make arrangements to pick up or end up lasting another day without a car! Worst service ever and not once have they asked whether we were okay or not after the accident, instead they are more interested in themselves saving money rather than putting the person which their client crashed into, back into a similar vehicle 5 days later!
