I was previously insured by AON, 100X better.
With Axa I get asked for bills for expenses that were already validated by the social security, I don't see the purpose, if the expense was validated by the social security?
With people not seeing the request for bills, other people not finding back their bills, they end up with this trick not reimbursing many people, that's so vicious
