My experience was with AXA global health insurance in Egypt. My experience is summarized in two main points.
1. The claim department is a disaster, every single claim that i have presented since January has been rejected, with lame justifications. Conclusion, they oversold their reasonability of handling legit claims.
2. No body moves unless the top management interferes! so Egyptian!
I encourage each and every person wants to deal with AXA to think a hundred times, they are a waste of money, reflects nothing close to what they sold me during the sales phase and are definitely among the lowest performers in the market (at least to me. They never even opened an investigation to understand what has happened.
