really bad service
1 year my vans been off the road , with no appropriate replacement , as promised. 2 garages have attempted to fix it , neither is regulated.
SO beware
I had my policy cancelled, in error.
I have dealt with some rude complaint agents , who hung up the phone.
Despite having 2 complaints upheld , i have been forced to go to the ombudsman.
Avoid at all costs
