The most terrible insurance company!
Travelled to Istanbul in March and had my case opened by airport staff. Reported in airport and made a small claim when i returned. AXA refused to pay-even with my evidence, and do not reply to calls or emails.
Esculated to Resolver now 8 months on.
DO NOT USE AXA!
