It is purely and simply a scam
We contract a travel health insurance, unfortunately my wife had an health problem, we called, we went to the hospital that they indicated us, and one year ago we are still waiting the money back, they only ask and ask for more and more paperwork that they didn't ask at the beginning when you respond they ask for more, you respond and so on.
