Had an accident in June and the communication has been awful, when I have managed to speak to someone, they’ve lied about what’s going on with my claim. Then to be told they are waiting on a an email from me with specific details.

Sorry I must of missed that email”
Also what is the point of having options. Below. 1) under an hour 2) 2-3 hours 3)3-6 hours 4)6-12 hours 5)over a week.
