I have a claim going through at the moment (not my fault, other driver has admitted liability).
If it wasn't for me calling them I would never get updates, I've had to ring the Fords garage to get information!
Yesterday (3rd Jan 2017) I tried calling 5 times, the last time I waited on hold for 1hr 30mins and I gave up! Rubbish! I left a message on their Facebook page and was promised a call back today (4th Jan 2017), it's now 15:45 and still no call?
Your service is terrible! I will 100% be going elsewhere on renewal.
Call me ASAP because I am fuming!!!
