To be fair to them, called back and requested repair company who collected. All fine. The courtesy car has been a bloody nightmare, the rep put the fear of god into me warning how much I would have to pay even if an accident wasn't my fault unless I took out additional excess waiver insurance. Cars not delivered or collected - despite the other insurance company confirming payment of everything I have endless hours on the phone, virtually sorted out my own courtesy car. Given that the accident was not serious and not my fault, the whole experience has been seriously stressful. The insurance was not that much cheaper to go through all of this aggro. In the past, have accident, garage collect car, leave courtesy car, car repaired, courtesy car taken away - simples - if you are not insured with AXA.
