Dreadful company! Staff completely inefficient and incapable of solving problems.
Insured 12th December 2016, had a call whilst on my way to the airport saying price
had increased. Accepted the increase as I couldn't do anything else at such short notice.
Yesterday I got a text message saying they wouldn't accept my no claims bonus even though it had been sent in December. Re-sent. Wouldn't accept that and wanted verbal confirmation from other insurance company as 2 months had lapsed. I used to be an insurance broker and I have to say they are the most incompetent, inefficient company I have ever come across. Completely avoid this company!!
