Had an Accident on Fri 13 Jan by a hit and run - so unable to get any details. It took 8 days to get through on the phone. I was ringing daily at different times. I was kept on hold for a minimum of 30 mins to an hour before being cut off each time.
When I finally got through they offered a paltry £50 compensation - which I then had to chase them for it!
The car was fixed quickly - with no issues. So now I'm being held to ransom on my renewal because they are refusing to close the case as there is no-one to claim against.
This is the worst car Insurance company I have had to deal with in nearly 30 years. They seriously let you down when you need to make a claim then they try and penalise you for it.
