Notified them of an accident where another person rear ended my vehicle, they logged it as a non fault claim, my insurance renewal has gone up! AXA didn't even make a phone call regarding the event. Spent 2 hrs on phone to have it changed to notification and after being assured its changed, it still isn't.
Why after the third parties insurers dealt with claim start to finish ahs my insurance gone up? Why after holding and being transferred all morning, and assured the correct notification was put on system, its not!
Renewal is cheaper if I start a new quotation with AXA by £130!!!!!
Pathetic customer service
