I called them to chase up a claim reported two weeks prior by one of my customers and was left on hold for 1hr 27minutes!!!!
At that point I gave up..................................................... Absolutely lousy customer service. I'm just glad that I don't personally insure with them, and advised my client to look elsewhere when her premiums are due
