1 star is far too generous! This is the second time I have tried axa, had a rude "customer service agent" the first time and avoided them since that. Thought will try them again, maybe the cow from time before just had a bad day! Nope! Second woman was just as bad, ignorant..whats your name, address, DOB then do you want to go ahead with the policy? er no!! Don't bother wasting your time with this company if that's the type of people it employs, disgusting!!!
