I will not be using AXA when I renew my car insurance later in the year. Someone hit my car on a aroundabout. Had a dash-cam showing what happened. Cut and dry. AXA put it as 50/50 and charged me my excess. I have sent emails with no reply's. Spent hours on hold trying to talk to someone.
They will give you a good price on your insurance but hope you have have to put in a claim.
