The call handling is appalling, I honestly believe people are just sat there staring at the phone ringing.
They not only take forever to contact you in regards to a claim but must feel the need to try and push you into admitting guilt. Awful experience I will not be coming back to Axa ever again. My insurance is up with 4 weeks and I will not be renewing with them.
