As on-line insurers go I found Axa simple and easy to use. The paperwork was straightforward, easy to read and understand on-line. I easily printed off my Insurance Certificate and left the T&C's within the e-mail ready to re-use if the need did arise. I recently e-mailed Axa to ask that they not automatically renew my Car Insurance and they replied promptly to explain that it had been switched for manually re-insure.
