Hopeless. I have a Tesla and the plug in they sent me does not fit so they wanted to charge me an extra £412 which doubled the insurance. Teslas do not have 12v only USB. You'd think they would know that. Customer service hopeless. Got charged £50 because I put the wrong date on my SP50. Really horrible experience. Been driving for years never had anything like this.
