"They did not say `i had to have the plug in to get policy. Then insisted on it. The readings for the -lug in were all wrong. Percentage ect. It kept on saying I was driving to much when I do not drive very much at all. Also the time `i drive which is not rush hour or busy times. When `i phoned to try and sort it out I could not get through or any information. I must have called about 10 times and still never got to speak to anyone. I will not renew with this company. "
