Reasonably priced for my circumstances. Installing and uninstalling the blackbox is a breeze and I never had any problems with it for the 3 months I had it installed. They rated me as a bronze driver all throughout the process which was probably a fair statement. It didn't increase my premiums at all but could have reduced them if they deemed me to be a better driver.
Never experienced using the claims department however registering and calling to set up and cancel my renewal I spoke to friendly people both times.
Very happy for my first insurance.
