When I Intially rang on the weekend, although the operator was extremely helpful he was unable to process the insurance and arranged a call back on a weekday( Monday) Inorder to process the insurance . I was called back on Monday whilst at work after giving suitable times for a call after 5.30pm ....This being said I called at just before 6pm and was able to get through and purchase the insurance. Since purchasing the car insurance I've contacted BG in regards to sending out documents, this was done with speed and received them through email before the end of the phone conversation :-) TXT110
