Hassle free insurance company. Have spoken a number of times on the phone regarding my outstanding documents. Having explained I was looking after my poorly dad I hadn't had chance to sort it and they were very understanding and offered me a number of extensions which lead to it finally be done as soon as I was back home. So far so very good with this company I like them.
They treat me like a human rather than just a number or a pound sign.
