Terrible experience with BG - would have chosen 0 stars if it was an option. Most unhelpful, rude and expensive insurance company I have ever had, or known anybody to ever have.
Do not buy your insurance with them just because they are a bit cheaper. I wish that I had paid the extra £200 and not bothered with them!!
