Very surprised to receive a letter today saying they were unable to provide a quote. No reason given. We’ve never once missed a payment or tried to claim. We don’t have financial issues and we were expecting things to continue without even thinking of shopping around. I’ve very quickly got another policy in place with a well known insurer. Bit disappointed with Bradford and Bingley to be honest. Happy with our new insurer all the same and that now aligns with our car insurance so happy enough with the change.
