Had this home insurance for 4+yrs,never made any claims. Made 1 phonecall to them about a leak in the bathroom, to enquire if tiles were covered - they weren't, that's fine. A couple of weeks later I received a letter stating my insurance would not be renewed. Just for making an enquiry. Do not use this company. They will not pay out.
