The time had arrived for the annual review and frustration of car insurance renewal. I was expecting the usual price hike that we are all irritated by especially those of us who remember discounting for loyalty. I was however pleasantly surprised to find that the premium had been reduced compared to last years competitive rate. How refreshing. Needless to say, I didn’t feel it necessary to check out alternatives and renewed immediately. It’s nice to see a company bucking the trend of greed.
