“They were totally aware of my circumstances and arising from my initial application they had recorded correctly my personal details which greatly assisted my new application. “Very annoying that they don't send the renewal notice until you chase it a week before expiry. Its happened on two consecutive years now and they obviously don't take any notice when you point out that this is not acceptable. Cannot recommend for this reason. Also long wait to answer their phone.”
