“They are very bad they will promise you the world then drop you when you need them the most. They use service providers that offers substandard service and you can do nothing but complain and no one hears your complain. I went to their head office to lay complains and no feedback is ever given. They have a don't care attitude here is my claim number 819080852 01. look for other insurance houses not budget or any insurance in their group of companies they are bad belive you me”

“I paid £271 for a policy for 12 months. Tried to change my car 4 months into the policy and to make the change from a 5 litre v8 BMW to a 3.0 litre diesel Jaguar they wanted an additional £423. Nearly double the cost of the original policy! It's cheaper to insure the Jaguar with another company even with zero no claims (because it's attached to my Budget policy). That is bizarre and very poor behaviour by Budget insurance. Someone needs to have a serious look at this. I would normally expect to pay a £25 admin fee for a change like that.”

“Another car who admitted responsibility crashed into me, then did not even inform their insurance as their car had minimal damage, budget reffered it back to Axa who will not push for my car to be fixed by other party, so a driver gets off free for causing an accident and my own insurance won’t push it Absolutely ridiculous We have a witness and photos proving our claim More than disgusted with Budget and Axa”

“The main thing was the price of my car insurance. I had kept my same insurer for over 20 years but thought i might shop around anyway. Budget gave me a price that saved me £200 for the same level of cover with extras. Then on my recent 1st renewal the price was excellent and slightly less than my 1st year. It was a no brainer and easy to renew. In fact I didn't have to do anything at all. Super service. I have not had to make a claim so far having said all this. But I am confident of great service.”
