“Car Insurance for anyone with a vehicle is something we have no option but to have. with that in mind its common for existing policy's to be higher than re shopping about and discovering new business discounts.... this year the renewal price was not the cheapest compared to others offering the same options BUT it was within £25 and therefore simpler to renew with the existing company. I have been invited to provide this review which is based simply on 'buying insurance' as with any company the proof of how good they are would be only in the unfortunate event of a claim and hopefully that will never happen!”

“My car was insurance with Budget Insurance and was renewed automatically, as the cost hadn’t gone up to much from the previous year. I haven’t made any claims whilst being with Budget Insurance and hope not to in the future, therefore apart from buying the insurance, which was easy, online, I am happy with what I have, so far.”

“It’s insurance, it doesn’t make me happy or sad. Until that is I come to make a claim and it is met as I would wish. Hopefully, I will never need to find out. However, it didn’t seem to work pretty easily in the renewal process so well done.”

“Pleased to renew my policy which includes all the benefits I need. It would have been better if my renewal quote had been sent sooner .knowing that my insurance was due but not having the latest information I had found an alternative policy with a different company which I then had to cancel.”

“Easy to deal with. Simple procedure to renew. Don't know how any claim would 'pan out' as (happily!) haven't had to go through a claims process as yet. Otherwise ok to date”

“Reasonable renewal price this year against most other Companies. Easy to see what is covered and any revisions. Straightforward renewal process and they sent paper copies as per my request - it's an age thing!”
