“Quote wasn't much dearer than last year, so I didn't have to waste time on comparison sites. When I rang to pay I didn't have to wait too long for the phone to be answered”

“A small increase from last year was acceptable considering inflation etc, so I was inclined to renew for another year. Policy arrived as expected, so all seems to be in order. Thank you. I cannot give five stars as I am yet to make a claim, And I hope I do not have to. Leslie.”

“I have been very satisfied with Budget. I understand that new customers are offered a reduced rate so the only quibble I have is that returning customers are not offered some kind of incentive for renewing.”

“I liked the price of my car insurance this year (actually less than last year), so felt very happy using Budget again. They also didn't take my premium until the actual date my cover started, so I was pleased with that. Lots of information given too - another plus.”
