“Budget Insurance offered a good price for my car insurance were easy to deal with.Point I would make is will they offer a competitive renewal next year as this seems to be the fault with most insurance companies.”

“You offered a good price for my insurance even gave me a discount for my renewal.that was until I got a email telling me my payment by card was declined.if you had told me that straight away,I could of solved the situation.you did not do that ,you left it several days and I had too pay a £20.0 non payment fee.bring me back to last year's price.next year I will be thinking do I need to look elsewhere for insurance”
