“You offered a good price for my insurance even gave me a discount for my renewal.that was until I got a email telling me my payment by card was declined.if you had told me that straight away,I could of solved the situation.you did not do that ,you left it several days and I had too pay a £20.0 non payment fee.bring me back to last year's price.next year I will be thinking do I need to look elsewhere for insurance”
