“I felt so embarrassed as I had only just renewed my policy, prior to a minor collision I had. Budget were great and explained everything so well. Having to claim for an rtc is never nice, but budget came up trumps”

“A small increase from last year was acceptable considering inflation etc, so I was inclined to renew for another year. Policy arrived as expected, so all seems to be in order. Thank you. I cannot give five stars as I am yet to make a claim, And I hope I do not have to. Leslie.”

“I have been very satisfied with Budget. I understand that new customers are offered a reduced rate so the only quibble I have is that returning customers are not offered some kind of incentive for renewing.”

“Budget reduced their price slightly but gratefully , not all insurance companies do this without cutting back on your policy . While Budget insurance will stay loyal to me, I will stay loyal to them. Thank you Budget.”

“It must be my age (80+) and, having a pace-maker but with an advanced driver qualification and NO accidents (except someone running into the back of me - no claim on my insurance) this years premium was a lot higher than previous. My options were a lower premium with high XS' or, vice versa. Naturally travelling less miles (3 - 4000) I opted for the former with heightened awareness of what is around me!”

“This year‘s renewal price was within a few pounds of last year‘s price, which was a pleasant surprise, no nasty price, hikes, as we are normally used to with insurance companies, so I let it ride and they did all the work to renew perfectly smoothly, behind-the-scenes, no problems at all So happy to stay with them”

“My car insurance was due for renewal, I was sent the renewal quote through by email, I was absolutely shell shocked at the increase and replied that I would not be going ahead (a) because of the very steep increase, even though we’d never made a claim and (b) because I always, always, always compare car insurance prices. This all happened whilst we were away in NZ, so I was going to sort it all out on my return which was, very extended, by 2 weeks, due to transiting through Dubai. On my return I found that my insurance had indeed been renewed by Budget Insurance!! Hence my bad review!!!!!”
