“That don’t listen when you cancel your policy and proceed to take money for the following year even though the policy was cancelled and I know longer have a car praying on the elderly will never use this company again all the stress they have caused and then wanted me to pay £30 admin fee to get my money back when they had two weeks notice not to take it out and for some reason the policy had gone on to auto renewal which I never do NEVER USE”
