“Your operative made a mistake when she took down the registration of the vehicle which ran into the back of my car on 17 July. I haven’t had any correspondence from Budget or a return call, or what was Liverpool and Victoria, the underwriter to date. I have called both many time to try to resolve this mistake. And my 12 year old Corsa wasn’t worth the cost of £4,300 to repair the bodywork. Still waiting for an update!”

“Pleased to renew my policy which includes all the benefits I need. It would have been better if my renewal quote had been sent sooner .knowing that my insurance was due but not having the latest information I had found an alternative policy with a different company which I then had to cancel.”

“Received an email well in advance of my car insurance expiry date, providing the renewal price. I did complete a 'compare the market' exercise and no-one could match the price which included all my additional requirements on the policy. Renewal was easy and painless. Documents all online if I wish to print or save. Well done.”

“I've had my car insurance with Budget Insurance for a year now. Was delighted when renewal came due that they didn't try to hike my premium, but remained very competitive against the competition. Good for them, as it is a confidence and loyalty booster, when you feel you have been treated fairly.”
