Good price for insurance, but...changed address and whilst I was surprised and happy to see my insurance go down a few pence, being charged £20 to do an online change seems a bit of an unfair charge. No documents are posted out due to an online portal to print at my own cost and no person was on the other end of a phone with a calculator. I understand that's what I signed up for but seems excessive when technology has advanced. I have another vehicle with Direct Line and they charge nothing at all for an online change.
