As with all insurance companies, Budget does not reward customer loyalty.
My insurance was hiked up quite substantially on renewal. Sick of having to phone up and request a better deal, so will be switching companies ASAP. Shame, as
customer service agents are always super friendly. Just fed up with being shafted on price each year.
