As much as they are cheap the renewal quote only saved me little from the previous year, forgetting about calling them to cancel is the only reason I'm still with them... not next year, I could have saved myself over £200 on the annual premium... Worth shopping about and seeing what's out there.
Customer service is meh!, prices are average and everything is via email which is OK if savvy, not good if you do not know what you are doing...
