Only one star because your system does not cater for zero stars. I will change to another company this year. Appalling service, mind numbing hours at the end of automated phone music and claim not dealt with after 8 months. Never their problem despite calls and amils. Using a solicitor now and court system. I think they do not have the money to honour the insurance contract. Dreadful.
