They dealt with a claim brilliantly. Someone hit my car in a supermarket car park and drove off, leaving no contact details. Budget insurance we’re great, they sent me a link to upload images of the damage and instructed a company to collect my car from home and bring it back when the repair was done. It was a very positive experience!
